• Grandchild. Grand-daughter or Grand-son

• Cousin.
• Niece or Nephew.
• Aunt or Uncle.
Grand-Parents
• Your Grand-parents are your parents,
mother and father. So you should have
  4 grandparents :)

Children
• You and either your brother or sister
are the children of your family.

 grandparents might have other children.
So your parents siblings are your Aunts
and Uncles. To them you are their
 Nephew or Niece.
Cousins
• Your Aunt and Uncle’s children are
  called your cousins.
Family Members.
Your family members are called your
 Relatives.

These are all the people you are Related
to and are Related to you.
This is what a family tree
       looks like…
Your Family Tree
• Now I want you to design your family
  tree.
• Remember you start from the oldest to
  the youngest.
• You have 5 minutes then you will
  present it to the class.
Homework.
Using your family tree I want you to write a
short passage about each member of your
 family.

On the top write your name and class and I
would like for all of them to be ready by
 Friday :).
Start like this: My family has __
members. First is my grandfather, his
  name is…

You must write:
Their name, Age, What do they do, how
they are related to you, something you
 like about them.
