DR. RUS SUMARIYANTI BINTI HAJI SURIN
possesses 18 years of expertise in interpersonal and
cross-cultural communication, corporate
communication, marketing, customer relationship
management, business strategy, personnel
development and training, motivation,
entrepreneurship, and module writing. MOSTI,

Corporate Trainer for AZ Training and Publication
in Kuantan Pahang. Since 2002, she has been
teaching, tutoring, and facilitating for the MQA and
EXECUTIVE programmes.
She previously worked at Quest International
University in Ipoh Perak as Senior Lecturer and
International Islamic College as the Deputy Dean of
Business Communication. She taught at Olympia
College, Informatic City College, and the
International Islamic University of Malaysia, among
other public and private universities in Malaysia
