When you are using third-party apps on Facebook, you are granting these apps access to your data. Some access more, others less. To see a list of the apps, delete them or edit their settings, follow this guide.

When you are using third-party apps on Facebook, you are granting these
apps access to your data. Some access more, others less. To see a list of
the apps, delete them or edit their settings, do the following:
1. Click on the arrow (triangle) in the upper right:
A menu pops down.
2. Select ‘Settings’.

3. Click on Apps.
You now see how many apps are currently accessing your Facebook data.
4. Click on ‘Show All’ to see the list in its entirety.

5. Hover over an app to edit its settings (pencil icon) or delete it (x).
6. Either click on the app or the pencil icon to open a pop up window that allows
you to uncheck any bright blue checkboxes which means you will stop sharing
that information with the app. The faded ones cannot be unchecked. Scroll down
to the bottom to see all settings. Click on ‘Save’.
Once you have reviewed the apps, scroll down in the ‘Apps' section to see the options
pictured on the next page.

Use the ‘Games and App Notifications’ section to use Facebook to login and play games
anonymously.
7. Next, click on ‘Edit’ within the ‘Apps Others Use’ section.
‘People on Facebook who can see your info can bring it with them when they use apps.’
