special events and gatherings, such as weddings,
proms, fashion/beauty shows, video/photo shoots, etc.
As lead MUA and owner of F.A.B,
Mz. Ann’s makeup artistry has been featured and
published in magazines (LEZ Elegance),
promotional flyers, and modeling portfolios.

Wedding Specials:
 Bride- full face makeup application, including brow
touch
up, lash extensions, and touch up maintenance for an
hour
during photography before ceremony, with a touch-up
goody bag of products used;
Duration-2hours, ($100)
 Wedding Party- full face makeup application, including
brow touch up, lash extensions, and touch-up goody bag
of products used for bride, full face makeup application
for mothers of bride and groom, maid of honor, and 4-6

4. SERVICES
Modeling:
 Photo/video shoots- full face makeup application, brow
maintenance,
and lash extensions
Duration- 1 hour ($60)
 Fashion/Hair Shows- full face makeup application,
brow maintenance, and lash extensions for up to
5 models, plus MUA on set touch up maintenance for an
hour
duration- 4 hours ($175)
Additional time for individual shoots exceed to $25 per hour;
additional models for shows exceeds to $30 per model

5. SERVICES
Prom:
 Individual Package- includes full face makeup, brow
touch up, lash extensions, touch up take-with goody
bag
duration- 45 mins, ($65)
 Group Package- includes full face makeup,
brow touch up, lash extensions,
touch up take-with goody bag for up to
4 ladies
duration- 2hours, 30 mins ($180)

6. SERVICES
Daily Application:
 Home Services- home services includes full face
makeup application for daily wear
duration-35 mins, ($35); Lash extensions &
Brow maintenance additional

7. SERVICES
Consultations:
 Makeup Consultation- overview of products of
makeup that would be considered best for
individual clients in relation to specific
event/occasion; also includes skin care advisory
for health and beauty
Duration-20min, $25
