- 12. Technical Constraints A technical constraint can be anything that limits the deployment of tidal turbines at a specific site. It is important to note that some technical constraints are device specific and not all technical constraints will affect those looking to invest in certain areas.The production need right equipment for the shoot. In shooting time equipment could break and we have to take manage the equipment, every end of the day shoot need to hand it over to the college because most of the equipments is college and crew members should take responsible of equipment and inside the studio.
