than making giant desalination plants to make clean water, this article talked about

Friends, families, and colleagues frequently ask me about the classes I am taking in
my doctoral program. For most of the classes, they just smile and nod while feigning
interest and that is the extent of our conversation on the topic. However, when I tell
them that I am taking a statistics course, the most common reaction is a wide eyed
look with a grimace formed on their countenance. The usual comments are, Statistics
sucks! , I m terrible at math! , or You poor thing! . I just smile, because I have a

873. I LOVE math and taught middles school math for eight years, so getting to
take a class that involves getting to use my math skills and enjoyment of analysis

times this semester I didn t feel totally overwhelmed and wanted to pull my hair

The employees get trained well enough where they feel confident that they can
perform the tasks required of them, meaning they were trained well and were well
informed. One of the employees was a shift supervisor and the other a regular
employee, I believe that there was disagreement in whether there was performance
monitoring because the regular employee always feels that whatever he or she does
is being monitored. What I found strange was that the question if the supervisor was
present during the task was marked NO for both of the employees. I would have
assumed that the regular employee would have marked yes but I can only assume
that they believed the question meant the manager the person who supervises every
employee.
Hypothetical Intervention
If I were to intervene on employees not giving customer greetings I would make it so
that the door would have a sound when opened. Like what some stores have that
when someone enters a ding sound is heard. That will alert the employee that a
customer has entered. Another method could be getting the manager to deliver
performance feedback in regards to the greetings in an effort to make the employees
more aware that they need to do a better job at it. Preferably in a group, like
mentioned in class to not alienate a person.

Marquez Supernatural Story
The mysteries story in Marquez a very old man with enormous wings establish that
it is by far the most amazing supernatural story. Pelayo, Father Gonzaga, and Old
man with wings seem puzzle and uncertain of the mystery that hold for them. For
example Pelayo and Emily were regular people suffering the challenges of life and

Pelayo is an honest man trying to figure out what to do in his situation. Pelayo
wanted to do nothing with him because he was scared of what he was. Not
understanding what he was, human or something else. They looked at him so long
