Webster Bank needed to select a new customer servicing vendor from five finalists to replace their outdated systems. They used Expert Choice software to develop a decision model based on their 800-requirement request for proposal. Over 50 managers from 11 business units participated in weighting criteria and rating vendors. Expert Choice enabled consensus-building discussions and generated results trusted by senior management. It allowed cost-benefit analysis between the top vendors, helping select the optimal solution. Webster Bank now uses Expert Choice for project prioritization and other complex decisions.
