efficient in your communication and cooperation!
The reason that C is your challenge, and it is hard for you to
be more like that, is that you dislike people who are like D. You
are afraid of becoming like them...
Remember, your B-word (pitfall) is someone elses D-word
(allergy). Thats why working in a team can be challenging.
Next time in a team - tell the rest of the team about your
square. Listen to the other persons squares. Find out how you
can help each other to greater success!
