Remaining positive will help you
deal with stress and mental health
issues. It allows you to remain
calm and relaxed as well as
maintain a healthy mindset and
body. Once you are positive this
will ooze out and impact others

3. NONJUDGMENTAL
Don’t judge others. We know the
saying never judge a book by its
cover well what a better place to
start. Learn to appreciate people
for who they are and give them a
chance. Never jump to conclusions
as unless you get to know a
person, you will indeed never
know who they are and what they
are capable of.

4. INTEGRITY
Without integrity we are setting
up ourselves for failure. Integrity is
being honest and having principles
that you adhere to. They should
always be with you and you
should never compromise them.
Those with high levels of integrity
are the ones who make decisions
for the right and not the wrong
reasons.

5. COLLABORATIVE
Share your knowledge and
collaborate with others. Do you
best to help others and don’t try
and go it alone. We all know that
working with others can be the
catalyst to get things done. Be that
person who works with others and
helps them to succeed

6. AUTHENTIC
Be you and never try and be
anyone else. You can learn from
other’s experiences and
knowledge but remember you are
a unique individual who has much
to offer. Be different but not
confrontational. Let the real you
shine through and never give in to
peer pressure

7. COMMUNICATE
Effective communicators are those
who know what to say, how to say
it and when to say it. Get your
message across in the best and
most concise manner. Be precise
and choose words carefully and
remember you audience! Finally,
silence can (sometimes) be the
best form of communication.
