Dhanush G Gowda completed an internship at ACE Designers Pvt. Ltd. where he performed various roles in the assembly of CNC machines. During his first internship, he assisted with bed assembly including housing preparation, motor assembly, and bed inspection. His second internship involved axis assembly of LT 25 and LT 30 machines. To improve efficiency, Dhanush developed fixtures to more easily remove fixed end housings and measure ball screw runout. overseeing the groups business and setting eye governance standards.
Directors: The role of a company director is to handle the daily operation of the organisation they make

And it also requires more time to remove it.
Methodology adopted to solve the problems
X Fixed end housing removing fixture
In our project we implemented a fixture for removing X fixed end housing
removing when bearing noise occurs in a machine. Easily to remove and it’s
portable and zero.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Step 1 - First mount the fixture into fixed end housing using M8*30(03 no’s) screws and tighten the
screws.
Step 2 - Engage middle screw of size M30*16 and tighten it slowly using hexagonal spanner.
Step 3 - Because of tightening the screw, automatically the fixed end housing comes out of the
housing butting surface

Its very difficult to check reading of ball screw run out using dial stand and dial
guage.
Methodology adopted to solve the problems
LSO4 Saddle Secondary fixture
In our project LS04 saddle secondary fixture in which we can take reading of
ball screw with help of pipptites. It is much easier than earlier method.

Step 1 - First we palce our second fixture on the saddle.
Step 2 - engaged the pipptites on secondary fixture. Butt the grab. And align the
pipptites on ball screw.
Step 3 - finally we get exact reading.
