The research proposal titled 'Raw Strange Foods as Substitute to Commercial Products' aims to study the nutritive values of two uncommon foods, pako and lubi-libi, and their potential as substitutes for more expensive commercial products. Targeting consumers, particularly millennials and residents of Kaysakat National High School, the study seeks to promote awareness of the nutritional benefits and various dishes that can be prepared from these foods. The project is set to be implemented from July to October during the 2017-2018 school year.
