• The first five subjects in chronological order will be
considered as main subjects.
• Answer sheets of all Examinations including
IA/Practical/Project --- For a Period of One year
• RTI, DRTI, PGMS, any Grievances – Till the Decision of Case
Important Point For 3rd Language
• A student shall not be eligible to appear in Class X CBSE
Board Exam unless he/she has passed in the third
language in class VIII.
• Those students who could not clear the third language in
class VIII and have been promoted to class IX shall be
examined by the concerned school at the end of the year
exam of class IX in the same syllabus and text books as
prescribed for class VIII.
• Those who are still unable to clear the third language at
the end of class IX may be given another opportunity in
class X before the Board Examination
Exemptions/Concessions for the Students with Disabilities as
defined in The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 will
be followed as per CBSE guidelines

Other Important Instructions Related to Examination
• In case of Local transfer, record of marks if any, in the previous
school shall be taken into account.
• In case of transfer from outside Delhi, record of marks shall be
adjusted proportionately.
• Student is on leave on medical ground in Periodic Tests/Unit
Tests, Re-Test may be conducted at school level.
• Student is on leave on medical grounds or Participating in games
in the Mid Term, result shall be made on the basis of the marks
obtained in Annual Examination.
• Student is on leave on medical grounds or Participating in Games
in Annual Examination– Allowed for Compartment Examination.
• Records pertaining to Examinations/Internal

• Subject teacher will login through his/her login ID & password
by selecting correct login type through the Tabs/ Android
Mobile Phone/ Computer System .
• Teachers having no tabs, may login through the School System
• For uploading the marks three options will be available :
Marks Entry / Update / Delete
• Teachers having other option (12-times 9) will upload the
marks of their subject & students through school login ID.

• As per Approval of Worthy Director(Education)
Subjects (Medium wise-Hindi/English/Urdu) opted by
the student will be uploaded at the time of admission.
• It will be mandatory for school to upload the correct
subject combination opted by student while generating
the student id.
• Subjects may be updated before Mid Term Exam.
• It will be beneficial for all the Branches of DoE where
enrolment is required like PFC, DBTB, Planning,
Examination etc.
• No separate enrolment will be obtained for
Examination.
• Students promoted to the next higher class will be
upgraded with their subjects Except of Classes 2, 5,8,10
Student’s Module
• After final submission of marks, Award List will be
generated automatically on MIS.
• Take two prints of Award List, One for the teacher and
other signed copy for school Exam In-charge for further
action.
• Link for update, deletion of the marks will be available till
the last date of entry of marks.
• Only subject teacher is authorized to update/delete the
marks.
• Subject teachers must not share his/her login ID and
password to anyone else.
• Subject teacher is responsible for any error in marks
uploaded online.
• Subject teachers are advised to use ‘Internet Explorer’ or
App. ‘Edge’ for uploading the marks.
• Conversion of marks of any class & subject will not be
done at school level.
• Priority list will be available after uploading the marks
online and a singed copy may be kept by HOS in
school record.
• Subject(s) in all the classes will not be changed after
uploading the marks of Mid Term Exam.
• Marks will be uploaded as per circular to be issued by
Exam Branch .
• All the result related work will be done under the strict
observation of Head of School.
• Check all the details before final submission to avoid
errors/Penalty/Disciplinary Action

• Students of classes I, II, III, IV, VI & VII will be
promoted to the Next Higher Class Under

Internal Assessment put together) out of 100
