May 20th 2012
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the telephone service I received yesterday.
First of all, when I wanted to use the telephone line it was very noisy and difficult to hear anything at all. My telephone line was interrupted.
Could I please ask you to check my telephone service or send a technician to fix it? I’m afraid if action is not taken, I will be forced to take this matter further.
Yours sincerely,
Rose Murphy.
