•   Established a process to identify, interview and select qualified board members. Attracted 8
    qualified candidates within 6 months, all unanimously approved.
•   Created a liberal arts program to establish leadership programs for youth, resulting in a 25-
    member community-wide African-American Boys Choir.
•   Authored one-page business plan to identify mission, values, goals, strategies and action plans for
    organizations. Coordinated and defined implementation processes.

    management, board interactions, donor process and time management.
