3. OFFICE SET-UP2
Executive
Our 2 000 x 1 200 Executive Steel Desk has been
designed as a stand out item in an open plan
office.
Meeting tables can be added to provide a more
secluded area for private discussions within the
Executive Office. Extention Arms and mobile
storage can be added to further enhance
practicality.
Call Centre options
The evolution range offers two call centre options:
The standard benching with no storage and the
Slim-line call centre with shared “slim” pedestals
offering temporary lockable storage for personal
items.
Ideal for a hot desking or call centres where
different employees occupying desks throughout
the day. Desks are placed in sequence and
screens can be added as divisions between
workstations.
Managerial
Managerial set-up consists of a 1 800 x 900
free-standing desk with localised lockable storage.
The Evolution Managers desk is deeper (900mm)
to accommodate visitors sitting across the table.
Storage options include an extension with a desk
height pedestal, a pedenza or credenza.
Slim-line Benching
The Slim-line is identified by it’s narrow or “slim”
pedestals that form one of the legs of the desks.
Available in single or dual desk configurations,
they can stand alone or be placed in sequence.
The pedestals can fit two box files (but do not
accommodate hanging files).
An elegant yet compact solution. The layout shows
screens and open desk top boxes as partitions
between workstations.
Spine
The Evolution Spine system creates semi-private
workstations for teams of employees.
A 2-way storage unit accommodates 2 desks (one on
either side). Depending on the available space, these
set-ups can be placed in sequence to create a 2 way,
4 way, 6 way 8 way and so on
The layout shows Single and Double Spine setups.
Boardroom & meeting tables
The Boardroom setup seats 8 to 10 people, a Server
Units, housing drinks, snacks and other accessories.
The meeting tables seats 4-6 people depending on
size. They are ideal for team meetings or conference
calls where there is limited space.
The New Stand-up meeting table accommodates
6-8 people standing or seated on bar stools. Ideal
for quick meetings or focused meetings with high
engagement levels.
Bench with Tall-boy
A benching system with storage that is both
lockable and can transform each workstation into a
semi-private cubicle.
The Tall-boy drawer pulls out, giving access to a
shelf that fits lever arch files, one standard drawer
and one deep filer drawer, a pen and pencil tray as
well as a CPU cavity.
Bench with Multi Storage
The Multi-storage system desking places 2 or more
employee workstations adjacent to one another,
typical in an open plan office space. The main aim
is optimise the available space by arranging as
many desks as the space allows in sequence with
ample secure and localised storage.
Evolution straight and dual desks can be used
in conjunction with the Multi-Storage units.
Alternatively, a 2 700 Bench with Multi-Storage on
the outside of the desk can create a 4-way setup.
Bench with Mobile Storage
Benching with Mobile Storage optimises the available
office space and the dual purpose mobile pedestal
provides both storage and guest seating.
A highly adaptable and versatile solution, mobile
pedestals and moveable Open Storage Boxes allow
for easy configuration and setups and changes to set-
ups as the office needs change.

8. SPINE STORAGE
The Evolution Spine Storage System is the first
storage unit of its kind in the country. It has
been developed to be functional, practical,
and at the same time, to have a new impact in
office setups.
The Spine offers a new way to create a layout in
the office space. A single 2-way storage system
offers storage for 2 persons, one on either side
of the unit, for privacy and personal space.
Spine units are available in either left or right-
hand configurations offering open top or roller
door storage.
All storage units are standard with door and
drawer compartments, and are fitted with
the addition of a pull-out pen and pencil tray
hidden in the top drawer as well as a pin board.
Pin board
Pin boards are Standard with the Top Compartment
and are on both sides of the unit. Grey Felt is the
Standard Colour.
Storage Bottom Unit
The bottom part of the unit consits of a Door
Compartment with a single shelf, bottom deep drawer
which can accommodate 2 box files, and a standard
top drawer. Drawers are central locking with wooden
box construction, and run along Ball Bearing Runners
for smooth and easy opening and closing.
Pen and Pencil Tray
A hidden pen and pencil tray is included in the Spine
Top Drawer. It simply pulls out, and is located on its
own set of drawer runners.
Cable Management Ports
Cable Management ports are located on the sides, in
the middle, and on the backs of the Spine. It allows for
easy manoeuvrability for cabling input and outlet to
branch out to the desks.
Cavity
A Cavity space has been created on the Spine unit.
It is ideal for Cabling Network to be placed through
to reach desking areas. The cavity has been placed
between the top and bottom for reticulation purposes
and stows it out of sight.
Levelling Feet
Each Spine unit features 8 Adjustable Levelling Feet.
These are used to level the unit on uneven floors.
