The photographer initially considered taking a photo of the actor on a walkway but changed locations to be near water in the dark to convey mystery. At the new location, the photographer ensured no cars were moving in the nearby small car park for safety and kept the actor far enough from the water to avoid falling in. Test shots were taken with the actor facing down and adjusted to stand more powerfully while looking into the distance. Further test shots were taken but did not achieve the desired look for the cover photo.

Upon arrival to my locationImade sure that theirwhere nocars
movingasthe locationwasnexttoa small car park andI needed
to make sure that cars where notmovingintothe car park as
theywould’ve putme andmyactor indangeras the cars might
not have seenus.I alsohadto make sure that myactor wasnot
too close tothe waterwhenItook the picturesas my actor
couldbe at riskof fallingintothe watersoI had to place them
far enoughawayso that theywouldn’tbe indangerof fallingin.

weirdsoI adjustedthe angle thattheywere
standingat so that the actor lookedmore powerful
and waslookingintothe distance. AndIalso
adjustedthe angle atwhere Iwas positionedasI
wantedmyactor to be more central to the shot.
