This document is an evaluation tool for research proposals with a total of 90 possible points. It evaluates proposals across 5 sections: preliminaries, problem, literature review, methodology, and presentation. Each section contains criteria for evaluation such as the title identifying the subject, the introduction citing relevant literature, the sampling technique being appropriate, and biases being controlled. The proposal is evaluated on clarity, logic, relevance of sources, adherence to ethics, and presentation skills.
