Part V (Knowledge Development and Professional Value)
Please describe the main contributions of the event for your professional and personal development
According to the teachers the meeting boosted a sense of collaboration among partners, gave them a chance to
exchange ideas, improve English language and it was a great opportunity to know Italian educational system and the
history of the place. Two teachers found very interesting the Feng Shui classes.
Four teachers didn’t fill this part.
Please describe the main contributions of the event for the development of the Project: FLwICT
According to teachers, thanks to the meeting, students have grasped the importance of the aim of the project and have
discovered that they are able to use English language to communicate; they improved their English language and their
social attitude; the project work became more “real” for them.
Teachers had a chance to evaluate what done so far, to understand better the essence of the project, to know more
about ICT ethics and realize how important it is. Both, teachers and students, had cultural benefits by discovering new
languages and new ways of teaching.
Six teachers didn’t fill this part.
Part VI (Suggestions) - Give us your suggestions for improvements in future events
Some teachers said that everything was ok and thanked the coordinator for the effort and warm hospitality. Some
suggestions from teachers were: to pair pupils according to their age; to do more activities connected with the
development of teachers; to take along more students and teachers; to have the program designed in relation to the
subject matter of the project; to pay lunches in advance not to cause problems to the organizer; to state in advance,
before arrival, if one partner will not take part in certain event or want to be accommodated in a different way; all
partners should contribute in equal terms and participate actively in the meeting; main coordinator should be
responsible for integrating teachers and be more present in running and monitoring the meeting and should also take
part in all the event scheduled.
Five teachers didn’t fill this part.
To sum up, we can say that generaly speaking the agenda was developed in a proper way and all teacher
participants were pleased with the warm hospitality and the general organization of the meeting. This consideration is
based on the following summarized results: 98 % of the values are “very satisfied or satisfied ”, and only 2 % “little
