It evaluates relevance of research, research framework and methodology, data analysis, structure and formatting, and publication metrics. The highest scores are given to projects with very high relevance, excellent framework and methodology, extensive data analysis using statistical tools, well structured formatting, and international conference publications or book chapters with ISBN numbers.
