The document describes the process of creating a website about The Flash superhero. First, mockups of pages and buttons were sketched out. The home page includes an image of The Flash, buttons, and descriptions of design choices. Subsequent pages include a biography, merchandise photos, comic book sources, and videos/wallpapers. Buttons were designed to change on click. Individual page screenshots were saved and inserted into Dreamweaver. The final website can be viewed using Google by clicking buttons that link to specific pages using copied URLs without hashtags.
1. In this presentation I will be taking about my website and each step to explain to you
what I have done to come this far in this presentation.
2. The first thing I have done when first creating this website is sketch out all the buttons
to see what they would look like before I started to put them on the website, after that
I had to think what all of my pages would look like.

this helped me understand the
scale, for example the size of my
buttons and the banner.
3. The first page I have put the flash at the top because that is the superhero I am going
to be doing so the viewers know. I also put something that represents the flash so the
lighting bolt at the top right corner and underneath the buttons. I introduced the page
to welcome the viewers to my page. At the bottom of the page I put 3 lightning bolts I
was supposed to put (contact us, info etc.) but there was no space to do it all. The
picture at the centre of the page was before a picture of the flash but I changed it to
the face of the flash that’s in the right of the page.
And the last bit that the home page has is annotations, that describes what kind of
colours there are and why I have chosen those specific colours, It also talks about why I
have put each things where they are.

4. The second page all the same except for the biography where I have written a bit
about the flash and what his powers do and who created this character, in the 2,3,4
and 5th page I haven't put the lighting bolts underneath the buttons this is because it
take a lot of space from the page and with that page I have put a picture of the flash so
viewers know what he looks like
5. The third page I have changed the middle bit, the things that I have changed in this
page is these pictures, next to each picture there is information about where to buy
the shirts.
6. The fourth page all is has is 2 pictures of where you can buy comic books these 2 show
that one is in comixology and the other one is located in Camden.
7. The last page just has a pictures and wallpapers and also YouTube videos so when you
want to watch the video so you just have to click on the picture.
8. After I have created the pages than I had to start on building it on to the website, the
first thing I had to do was screen shot each of the things on each page and save it with
an appropriate name which in this case I done it with button 1 new and button 1 so
that when I create the website I will be able to click on each page and change where
you would like it to go.
9. the button where the next thing I done after the pages, I had to put an affect on them
and see how they would, than I had to have the old ones and the new ones so when
you combine it together it changes to a pressed button. The buttons had to have a
different affect so when you clicked it, it would sink in to the new buttons.
10. The order I have done all of these was:
• Open all the pages
• Then the buttons
• Move each button where it has to go
The button the you see here is to save the pictures into an individual file so when you
open it goes straight to the internet.
11. The thing I done after that was open dream weaver and started to open each website
presentation to it so I can fix it up to make it look presentable and by pressing F12 it
opens your website onto google.
When you click on the button each page will appear where you want it to go some of
the computers might have a blocked content but you can simply take that off by
clicking ‘’allow blocked content’’ and it will take you where you would like to go.
12. The button that you see here is the reason why you can click on the picture it takes you
directly to the page. With this other button I have done, it lets you click on the page
you have to copy the URL to both of these boxes and take out the hashtag because if
you don’t you could not be able to open the page.
13. To summarise everything, everything that I have done I have put it into a 12 slides
which contains information about what I have done since the beginning to the end.
