This document summarizes and compares two mapping repair systems - Alcomo and LogMap-Repair. It presents the approaches used by each system, including Alcomo's pattern-based incomplete reasoning technique and LogMap-Repair's use of propositional logic and a greedy repair algorithm. The document also describes an evaluation of the two systems on matching problems from the Large Biomed track of the OAEI, finding that both systems were able to significantly reduce the number of unsatisfiable mappings while maintaining similar levels of precision and recall as the original matching systems.
