Euskaltel has undergone several migrations of its GIS software over time in order to improve performance, meet changing requirements, and support new technologies. Starting Point
The GIS system began to develope late in 1.998, and the chosen GIS
software was ESRI’s ArcView and SDE. At that moment the default
architecture corresponded to a Client-Server pattern, taking into
account the importance of integration with corporate CRM,
developed under the Vantive platform.
