Estimating Experience

Residential:1987 - 2000
          Project management:
            1. As the owner of my own business I handled
               all sales, purchasing, accounting and
               scheduling for my remodeling business.
Commercial: 2000 - 2011
          Assistant Project Manager:
            1. Maintained and provided all inventory
               control and scheduled all power locations
               for fencing and railing Installation Company.
          Lead Carpenter:
            2. Assisted the project managers with all
               material needs to complete the projects for a
               multitude of general contractors on projects
               such as framing, drywall and trim carpentry.
          Project Manager/Supervisor:
            3. For a General Contractor I handled all
               project management and jobsite supervision
               for local and out of state renovation projects.
            4. Developed and prepared budget reports.
            5. Acquired project bids from vendors.
            6. Obtained and managed all project vendors
               and materials.
            7. Managed and provided time lines of project
               overviews and completion dates.
            8. Provided and maintained all project
               contingencies.
            9. Attended project meetings with clients.
            10. Provided assistance to all vendors if
               architecture design discrepancies occurred.
          Maintenance Technician:
11. Maintained and performed all service
                 requests in a timely manner for a residential
                 property management company.
               12. Maintained all inventory control for
                 scheduled move out turns.
               13. Coordinated all housing inspections.


*Estimating software packages were used internally for the
commercial projects.
*I developed my own estimating forms for the residential
projects.
