Christopher Marlowe born in Canterbury, England his exact birth date is not known which why
it is based when he received his baptism in 1564. Marlowe was a poet and playwright who was
very prominent in the dramatic renaissance in the 16th century. Marlowe was a University
graduate with a bachelor s of arts. He tried to obtain his Masters, but the University gave him a
hard time in doing so. His first plays were performed in the late 1580 s and were quite successful
in Elizabethan Theatre. Near the end of his life, Marlow got in trouble with the law when he
was accused of a crime; the crime being atheism and blasphemy. He was later killed during a
fight in 1593 by Ingram Frizer when he stabbed him in the forehead. Marlowe was a very young
playwright for his time. Because he died at age 29, his literary career lasted less than six years. Dr.

I couldn t imagine what it would be like growing up with a life threating condition that has no
cure. Amanda Estep is a 21 year old, college student and also a close friend of mine who has been
battling Cystic Fibrosis since she was three years old. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic condition that
causes mucusto build up in the lungs and digestive system, making it hard to breath. Basically
everything in my body is thicker, so the mucus in my lungs is harder to break up and get out which
causes frequent lung infections. Amanda explained to me. Cystic Fibrosisalso impacts her ability to
digest food, resulting in her being underweight most of her life. While I have known Amanda
since kindergarten, we have never talked in depth about how much she has to do to remain as
healthy as possible. Hearing her explain her story made me realize how lucky I am to be healthy,
and that s something s no one should take for granted. There is currently no cure for Cystic
Fibrosis, but Amanda shared some of the many things she has to do in order to remain as healthy
as possible. Some of those things includes being hospitalized for two weeks four or five times a

Introduction
Privacy is an especially equivocal idea, in particularly because invasion of privacy is a concept that
is arguably questionable. Privacy has been defined as the right to be left alone without unwarranted
intrusion by government, media, or other institutions or individuals. While this definition serves as
a quick start to the right of privacy, there are still several interpretations as to what may or may
not constitute as an invasion of privacy. What one person may believe to be an innocent
curiosity, another may feel as though it is a deliberate invasion of privacy. Often these disputes
make their way into courtrooms and are subjected to controversy and evaluation. This essay will
focus on appropriation of name or likeness for commercial purposes. First, it will define the right
of privacy, and right of publicity. Next, the evaluation and discussion of four cases in which
appropriation of name or likeness for commercial gain was assessed in courtrooms. Then after,
thoughts on current developments in this area of law will be discussed, as well as suggestions for

In the story, The House of the Scorpion were so many amazing cliff hangers. That made you
want to read more and more. The overall main character was a boy named Matt. When being
introduced to the story Matt was six years of age. He lived in a small house out in the middle of
a poppy field, In a country called Opium. But there s a catch, Matt isnt a real boy. He s a clone
and was created in a lab and given birth by a cow. Throughout his life he wasn t treated very nice
for being a clone. Eventually things start to look up for him and end s up being the new leader
of Opium. Throughout book there was always one character that stood out more than the others.
He was known as El Patron he is the leader of the country Opium. Also the creator of Matt.
Without El Patron Matt wouldn t have been created since Matt is El Patron s clone. But there
was more to El Patron he had quite an interesting personality. He was selfish, mean, and very
greedy. He wanted many things and wasn t happy with the one life he s given in the story The
House of the Scorpion it states, I gave you these things, Mi Vida. You...Owe...me, (Farmer 239).
This shows his selfishness and him being greedy because he can t be content with one life. So
he has to created human like clones to then kill them for his sake. To have live already 8 lives yet
still wanting to live more. He had more of a very greedy personality always wanting things never
