He currently works as a senior chef at Bricco Pasta and Pizza Restaurant in Al Ain, UAE, where his responsibilities include receiving and storing goods, quality control, staff training, and ensuring cleanliness and food preparation standards are met. Prior to his current role, Rivera worked in various kitchen and food service positions in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. He holds qualifications from secondary school and vocational college in the Philippines.
