2. Le erbe aromatiche possiedono un buon sapore
e un aspetto gradevole e appetitoso.
L’opportunità di viaggiare è la diffusione di libri
in cucina hanno introdotto nella nostra dieta
molti tipi di erbe aromatiche per lungo tempo
dimenticate che stanno rientrando nell’uso
comune.
3. Esistono tre sistemi per cucinare con le erbe
aromatiche:
alcune piante vengono consumate fresche come
contorno nell’insalata o nelle bevande;
le erbe aromatiche di sapore delicato vengono
sempre aggiunte a fine cottura in quanto esaltano
i sapori del cibo;
le erbe di sapore più intenso vengono aggiunte
all’inizio della cottura.
4. Un mazzetto di erbe aromatiche viene
utilizzato per aromatizzare le minestre e gli
stufati.
Viene legato per poterlo togliere dal cibo più
facilmente, questo è spesso formato da tre
rametti di alcune erbe a scelta.
