During an Erasmus travel to Bartin, Turkey, the travelers experienced cultural differences, such as the custom of removing shoes before entering homes. They engaged with a welcoming group of high school students, practiced English, and explored local cuisine, including dining experiences in scenic locations. The trip concluded with a visit to Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, leaving them with lasting memories and friendships.

2. On our Erasmus travel, we went to Bartin, a
town located in the North of Turkey.

3. One curious thing about Turkey is that there
people cant enter home with shoes from the
street, and you cant use the shoes you use
at home on the street, or they wont enter
home again.

big and there were
a lot of very good
students. Most of
them had a very
good english level
so you can
understand them
easily.

9. That week, we learned a lot of english, and we practiced a lot our oral skills. We also
visited a lot of places and learn to live in another culture, on a different way, eating different
food. But, the most important thing, we met a lot of people that we would like to see again.
