About us
• Formed originally in January 2000, Sarah has taken over and set
up a new business in 2013. We have also introduced IPS.
• Linda has 34 years experience in ERA, former manager of the
ERA department at PricewaterhouseCoopers, legacy Coopers and
Lybrand. Linda is now our technical consultant, assisting on a part
time basis.
• Sarah comes from an accounting and sales background, with an
expertise in dealing with stressed customers, and over 14 years
experience of ERA.
• Fiona has 20 years banking experience, in personal, wealth and
business sectors. Fiona also runs her own business and
understands the complexities of business management.
• Gillian and Daisy are our professional administrators.
What we will do for you:
• We will take the pressure off administrators in respect of employee
related matters.
• We use our excellent and close working relationship with the
Insolvency Service to ensure your cases are dealt with efficiently and
employees are paid promptly.
• We arrange to travel to on-site locations as required with very little
notice.
• We are at the forefront of consultations with the Insolvency Service
and anticipate being significantly influential in discussions at
government level, in relation to changes to the way employees are
managed through the redundancy process.

Unions – Successfully Building Bridges
• All IP’s should be seen to be consulting re the consultation process as insolvency by itself is not a reason to forget it.
 Consultation Process.
• You have a statutory obligation and a duty re Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. TULRCA 92.to consult with the
union and or an elected employee representative.
• Protective awards are on the increase and IP’s where non preferential dividends are a possibility you should do as much as possible to
bring down any cost of the award. We can help and advise on all of this.
 Employee Surgery.
 Involved at the start of any insolvency the union can help with the consultation process along with calming redundancy situation’s and
helping at Employee redundancy surgeries.
Insolvency Service
 Confidence.
 We have a unique relationship with the Insolvency Service which has been built up over the last 14 years this has increased their
confidence in us which in turns leads to prompt payment of claims.

• Liaison with Wages Clerk/HR/Accountant.
• Most scenarios mean that the payroll department will provide us with
the relevant information we need along with preparing P45’s P11d’s
P35’s P14’s and sub contractor returns
• Payroll Services.
• If the unfortunate event arises and the payroll department decide
they can not help or have left we can take over all payroll services
for you.
