This document provides instructions for volunteers to use the CallFire phone banking system. It outlines 5 steps: 1) navigating to the CallFire website and logging in, 2) selecting a campaign, 3) inputting phone number and password, 4) answering an incoming call to log in, and 5) making calls and following the script. Volunteers are instructed to stick to the script, record responses, and click "next call" to continuously contact supporters.
