The document announces the release of EPiImage 2.0, which provides faster scaling of images, support for descriptions and links in image galleries, and the ability to have multiple galleries on a page. It has a new image gallery grid control, warns users if trying to delete used images, supports multiple languages, and was rewritten for better performance. EPiImage 2.0 works only with EPiServer CMS 6 and 6 R2 and has some known compatibility issues with Chrome.
