PROFILE
Over the last 13 years I have been focused on recovering credit portfolio, I have gained progressive experience and also my two
degrees (Lawyer & Accountant) have helped me to improve my daily skills. I have knowledge in of all levels of the business, since I
got involved during design, plan, creation and later I have been working to improve the processes to build solid working relations
with our customers to increase them collections. Accordingly with Banorte´s ranking, Operadora Mexico have 6 years leading the
collection market on mortgage loans. I have managed collections from micro lending companies to one of the biggest banks of the
country. By now I'm leading judicial and extrajudicial recoveries up to fifty thousand credit portfolio accounts all over Mexico.
Also I'm currently enrolled to get MBA degree at ITESM.
