 After his graduation he joined the Jindal organization. He moved to
Mumbai to look after the western region operations of O.P.
Jindal Group in 1983.
 He promoted Jindal Iron and Steel Company Ltd. (JISCO), for
manufacturing of Cold Rolled and Galvanized Sheet Products in
1989.
 He promoted JVSL, JSWEL, JPOCL and VMPL to ensure complete
integration of the manufacturing progress in 1995.

10.  ‘The Man of Destiny’- O.P. Jindal
founded Jindal Proprietorship by
setting up factory at Liluah and
hissar.
 It was then taken over and
supported by Sajjan Jindal, who
founded JSW.
 JSW steel started with a small plant
at Vasind and Tarapur, with the
merger of JISCO and JVSL.

serious challenges due to lack in demand, fall in exports and
dumping by China, Japan and Korea.
