enterprise analysis, design, planning and implementation using a holistic
approach at all times for the successful development and execution of
strategy.
• It is a platform used to promote businesses both sales and profit. IT is
used to promote this businesses and their models of work.

4. • An enterprise architecture (EA) is a conceptual blueprint that defines the
structure and operation of an organization. The intent of an enterprise
architecture is to determine how an organization can most effectively

• Information technology is defined by the Information Technology
Association of America (ITAA) (2003) as the study, design, development,
implementation, support or management of computer based information
systems, particularly software applications and computer hardware.
• In summary enterprise architecture is a model used in managing
business processes and functions using ICT as a tool to expand and
increase business productivity.

5. • The lack of mechanisms that would enable the Nigerian SMEs to
generate and share information with other communities and corporate
bodies for national economic development.

lack of electricity, so that computers often require generators and voltage

7. • Because the purpose of business is to create and keep customers, it has
only two central functions – marketing and innovation. The basic
function of marketing is to attracts and retain customers at a profit.
Marketing exists through exchanges.(Jobber 2004).
• Although the issue of security remains the primary reason why more
people do not purchase items online, the GVA survey also indicates that
faith in the security of ecommerce is increasing.
• The literatures considered had undergone deep research on solving
problems and coming up with solutions to enterprise architecture
particularly for small and medium sized enterprises.

8. • The agile method and the Zachman framework for enterprise
architecture is used to attain maximum efficiency and usability as
possible alongside solving the problems in other systems.
• Agile method is a more flexible method without strict staged processes.
The processes for system development is random and no particular
order is followed.
• Zachman architecture tells you how to categorize your artifacts using
basic questions and answers from different views.

• Cheap rate to register your business on the platform.
• Multi-platform application enabling business on mobile therefore, reducing
cost of buying computer systems and maintenance.
• Earning rate is increased through the marketing and publicity the enterprises
system provides to every vendor registered.
• The system requires very little connection to the internet and therefore can
be accessed anywhere on any device.
• The system allows registered SMEs generate and share information with
other SMEs registered in the platform.
• The objectives met gives this system an edge over others and solves many
problems found among SMEs.

10. • It is faster, cleaner, easy to understand and straight to the point. Security
is placed with utmost priority to prevent customers’ information from
leaking to unauthorized persons by any means.
• Enterprise systems are smarter and more complex than ever but with my
application any body can pc up his/her phone and put their business
online in very easy and affordable way.
• My system focuses small and medium scale enterprises manly. Large
scale enterprises can also register but their complicated processes would
have to be dropped to fit the application requirement and general
business process.
