The European Commission offers scholarships covering academic expenses, accommodation, meals and travel costs for university graduates from European Neighborhood Policy countries to study at post-graduate level at the College of Europe campuses in Bruges or Natolin. Eligible countries include Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, the Palestinian Authority, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine. Interested graduates should apply by March 15, 2012.
