The Company
Enmas O&M Services Pvt Limited (Enmas) promoted as group company of
Resurgent Group to meet the demand of service requirement in the Power field
and 2 technocrat promoters namely L. Venkadasamy (Managing Director)& LVR
Muralidharan ( Director) who are the Whole Time Directors of the company. The
Resurgent Group holds 26% of the shares of the company while the balance 74% is
held by the first 2 aforementioned Whole Time Directors.
Enmas established in June 2005 commenced operations soon after. In the 6 years
since inception the company has created a niche for itself and has become a major
player in
1) Operations and Maintenance Services (O&M) for power, cement and process
plants.
2) Engineering Procurement and supply of critical spares and equipment for
power, cement and chemical plants
3) In view of requirement of clients , few products vise Water treatment
plant ,process boilers and Air cooled condensers were added in the
business with the existing after sales services strength through subsidiary
companies with joint venture concept with established manufacturers in
respective product.

for supply of both proprietary and non proprietary spares and servicing of equipments
especially for pressure parts for boilers, components for fuel firing equipment, piping,

fittings, electrical and instrumentation. The company also specializes in chemical
cleaning of boilers and condensers both in India and abroad.

Enmas O&M has promoted the following companies for the product division with
the introduction of exclusive Director Mr.Sundar in our group , who has got
“Product Business Development” experience more than 2 decades in similar
industry..
1. Enmaszion Aqua Private Limited- for complete range of Water Treatment
Plants ( WTP) . This is a Joint venture between Enmas O&M (60%) and
Zion Enviro Systems Private Limited – Chennai,( 40%) which has supplied
more than 100 WTP upto capacity of 170 m3/hr.
2. Steamgen Equipment- complete range of process , waste heat and co
gen boilers upto 50 TPH. This is again a Joint venture between Enmas
O&M (60%) and Enmax Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. Hydrabad,( 40%) which
has got qualified manufacturing facility and supplied more than 50 nos
boilers of various capacity with the specialization in Waste heat & sulphuric
acid plant boilers.
3. Enmas O&M has strategic alliance with Effimax Air cooled Condensers
Pvt. Ltd . Chennai
which has technology partner Complete Heater
solution- USA to meet the demanding market for Air cooled condensers
The Above divisions secured few good start up orders in respective field with the
strong client base of Enmas O&M through services.
Enmas O&M has got good growth pattern and enjoys banking facilities from
City Union bank for Rs 350 lacs Cash Credit Limit and Rs.200 lacs BG/LC limits

New venture proposed1.Small Cogen captive power plant
Enmas O&M with its capability to establish and operate the power plant propose to
join hands with RVS spinners – Kovilpatti for their captive power and steam
requirement.
The plant will be of 2 MW electric power generation with extraction turbine to
supply 6 tph @ 10 kg/cm2 steam for their processing. The bio mass fuel is
planned to have captive source from our ( Enmas O&M) own lands of 300 acres
nearby. Typical grass "napiar grass" which gives 50 to 60 MT per acre Dry mass
can be cultivated exclusively for this and 200 acres will meet the requirement of
100% fuel for this 2 MW power plant. Since we plan our own fuel ,not depending
upon open market which has more uncertainty, the economics and ROI will be
better and stable.
We would like to promote this as BOOT or BOO ( Built own operate/ transfer) with
long term agreement on utilities for power and steam. The consumer will also
take some stake to have group captive concept where we need not sell the
power to open market or electricity board. Now the electricity tariff has been
increased to Rs 5.5 /KWHR ( it is expected to increase further) and demand
charges will works out to another 0.5 Rs , the small co gen captive concept will
be better choice for small process cum power utility consumers.
If we create one model , it will have good demand in small and medium
industries which is /will be facing power cut upto 40% for ever. I have attached
brief financials for the power plant and for biomass fuel source also. Apart form
selling power and steam we can have REC ( Renewable Energy credits) of Rs
1.5 rs /kwhr can be availed by trading and if it is workable we can go for CDM
benefits.
In addition to the power plant , there is a good demand for Water
treatment plants also to develop on BOOT basis to sell water on
unit rate basis with the ROI concept.

2. Solar Power
a. Solar PV power plant
Here are two types of solar pv power requirements
1. for smaller size like Roof top of KW model upto 100 KW or multiples of 1 to 10
KW which has subsidy for MNRE of 30 to 80 % with different sates promotion
policy.
2. bigger one MW plant starts from 1 MW to 50 MW with module size of 1 to 5 MW
for which we can have power purchase agreement from state of central agency at
specified unit rate .. say Rs 10 to 12 /kwhr.
or , we can sell the produced power at nominal tariff of Rs 4 to 5 per KWHR to SEB
or third party and REC( Renewable energy certificate ) can be sold through power
exchange at a floor price of Rs 9 /kwhr ( hope so) and can go upto 13Rs.
What we need is a good company with technology to enter into Indian market. Mostly
design and their name will be useful apart from their products of panel and inverters
world wide allocation etc. There are few restriction to use imported panel for
incentive based projects , but in the REC route , we can go for any imported panel but
we need to workout anti dumping taxes ext in recent days.For this we need to have tie
up with upcoming or established company as technology partners to do EPC projects
for the potential promoters.
One more option ,We have around 300 acres of land on our own and we can develop
solar park of 50 MW in phased manner to supply SEB and to avail REC. For this we
need co promoter or financiers through Renewable energy funds. If they are
interested , CDM benefits if any can be passed on.
B, Solar thermal ( CSP) projects
For Detailed information please go through the PPT attached .
In short , alternate to solar PV, this concentrated solar power which will using
the solar energy to produce heat the fluid directly water to convert into steam of
through thermic fluid which has got more thermal coefficient. Also there is a
provision available to store heat energy ( similar to storage of electrical energy
through Batteries) by molten salt which can support heat energy during non
sunny hours.
In this technology , the investment cost will be slightly higher than PV for smaller
projects, but for bigger capacity ( say above 20 MW) it is workable. Beyond this
constraint , except solar concentrator ( parabolic trough/tower/dish) , we can make
use of existing heat transfer technologies and down stream power generation
techniques where we are strong enough. This will reduce the total cost.
Also we can combine the steam generation to other thermal /bio mass power
plants to have round the clock power supply.
