10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The ICF-ECC Paris 2010 reserves the right to decline an application without cause. If
an application is refused the amount paid plus transfer expenses will be reimbursed as
soon as possible, at the latest 14 days after the payment is received.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received before May 1st
2010 will receive a refund minus 150€ for administrative fees. All cancellations
postmarked after May 1st 2010 will be exempt from any refund unless a suitable
substitute can be found, in which case the 150€ administrative fee will apply.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Liability Insurance
Exhibitors/sponsors must have their own liability insurance.
In the event of fire, flooding or theft, no matter how caused, the ECC 2010 and the Hotel Paris
Marriott Rive Gauche and their representatives assume no liability for any bodily harm or
material damage to products, booths, equipment or decorations occupying any rented space
within the building or being moved in or out of the building.
