• In present simple tense, there is a subject and a verb
• A subject can be a noun (A box, a chair, a lamp) or a pronoun(I, he, she, it)
• The verb must be in 1st participle
• Additional details or an adverb can be added after the verb
• In negative form, the term “do not” is added before the verb.
• When forming a question, To-Be verb comes first
• The prefix –es and –s should be added accordingly
