That is because we sign a confidentiality contract with our partners,
the customer will see Kakapu Travel as a service provider.
➔ Does the customer pays to the incoming agency?
The client pays to Kakapu travel. Then we make an invoice to the customer
and the incoming agency to us. Avoiding the customers to have any
contact with the incoming agency.
➔ When do Kakapu Travel pays?
Every Incoming agency can have a different agreement with us.
That depends on you.
