Mamma Mia! Is a musical adapted from the book of British playwright Catherine
Johnson, based on the songs of the
Swedish group ABBA and composed by
Benny Anderson and Björn Ulvaeus.
The musical includes such hits as
"Super Trouper", "Dancing Queen",
"Knowing Me, Knowing You", "Thank
You for the Music", "Money, Money,
Money", "The Winner Takes It All",
"Voulez Vous", "I Have a Dream" and
"SOS" and it had been seen by over ten
million people.
This movie is interpreted by famous
actors, like Meryl Streep and Julie
Walters.
Mamma Mia follows on the fictional
Greek island of Kalokairi when Donna’s
daughter is about to marriage. The couple decided to send invitations to three
different men’s to find her real father. These three men have appeared in Sophie’s
marriage and there Donna rediscovers her three ex-boyfriends and Sophie discovers
her father.
Mamma Mia was nominated for 2 Golden Globes and another 10 wins and 11
nominations.

6. Good nutrition and physical exercise
I think that a good nutrition and physical exercise are very important for our
health, but I think too that I don’t respect these topics.
A good nutrition must be made by everyone. But, many people, like the teenagers,
don’t have a good alimentation because the young people eat more fast-food than
vegetables or fruits. In the world, there are many obese, and that results from a
bad diet. But they’re not the only people who do it. Their parents do the same
thing, and they don’t give the example to their kids.
It’s easy have a good nutrition, we just should eat a little beat of everything and
we should respect the food
pyramid...
Physical exercise also contributes
to a good health. We should do
varied sports and we shouldn’t
take a sedentary life.
If we do it, we can prevent many
diseases, and reduce the number
of obese people in the world.
So if is easy... Let’s do it!!!

8. The Drugs and the teenagers
Teenagers may be involved with drugs in various ways and the experimentation with
drugs during adolescence is common. Unfortunately, teenagers often don’t see the
link between their actions today and the consequences tomorrow and they also have a
tendency to feel indestructible and immune to
the problems that others experience.
Using alcohol and tobacco at a young age
increases the risk of using other drugs later.
Some teens will experiment and stop, or
continue to use occasionally, without significant
problems. Others will develop a dependency or
addiction, often moving on to more dangerous
drugs and causing significant harm to
themselves and possibly others.
Adolescence is a time for trying new things. Teens use drugs for many reasons,
including curiosity, because it feels good, to reduce stress, to feel grown up, or to fit
in. It is difficult to know which teens will experiment and stop and which will develop
serious problems.

13. CeBit 2009: The biggest technology fair
CeBit is a mega-fair about technology realized in
Hannover, Germany, since 1999. CeBIT is not only
the biggest IT fair worldwide, it is also a unique
platform to bring together international politicians
and the latest technology trends
In this fair concentrated some brands that
presented their innovations, about 500
participants, 39 countries represented and 1,200
bilateral meetings.
While the excitement of CeBIT 2009 is over, some
highlights will not be forgotten so soon - like
for example the visit of Chancellor Angela Merkel,
the Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger,
and the Minister of Finance Karl-Theodor zu
Guttenberg at our booth.

17. My best journey
Everything started when I and my family got to JFK
airport and caught a yellow cab, which took us to the
hotel in the heart of the Big Apple.
Through the subway, we explored the heart of New
York, Manhattan.
For seven days, I and my family visited important
monuments like Metropolitan Museum of Art,
American Museum of Natural History, Empire State
Building and Statue of Liberty. In the last day in New
York, we saw a show
on the Broadway and
visited the Central
Park, where I visited
the New York’s Zoo
and, with my family, I
did a little picnic. In NY
I ate in fast-food
restaurants (typical in
NY) and I felt the American Dream.
New York is a fantastic city and for me this was, absolutely, my best journey.
P.S. Unfortunately, this trip is all invention 

18. Rock in Rio- My favourite concert
My favourite concert was a festival Rock in Rio 2008, in
Lisbon.
There I saw some bands, such as Amy Winehouse,
Metallica, Linkin Park, Tokyo Hotel and MUSE.
What I liked most was to see the singer Amy
Winehouse, but she song very badly! She was drunk!!!
For the 5 days in Lisbon, I stayed in a camping park and
I ate in fast-food restaurants!
I really liked the concerts and I enjoyed bring with my
friends.
After the concerts we went to the discos and we
danced the whole night long!
It was so funny...

19. Amy Winehouse was born on 14 September 1983 and she is an English singer and
songwriter, known for her eclectic mix of various musical genres including R&B, soul,
jazz, rock & roll, and ska.
Her first album, Frank (released in 2003) was
nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and she
won an Ivor Novello award in 2004 for her debut
single Stronger than Me. In 2006, she released
her second album, Back to Black. On February
2007, she won a Brit award for the Best British
Female Solo Artist. In 2007 Back to Black
reached #7 on the Billboard 200 Album chart in
the US, selling over 51000 albums in its first
week.
Born into an English-Jewish family with a history of jazz musicians, she grew up in the
suburb of North London, and attended Ash Mole School. At around age 10, Winehouse
founded a short-lived amateur rap group called Sweet 'n' sour, as sour. She described
the group as "the little white Jewish Salt-N-Pepa".
