Fereshteh Heidari is an Iranian psychologist and counselor with over 15 years of experience. She has a Master's degree in Psychometrics from Islamic Azad University and a Bachelor's degree in General Psychology from PNU University. She has worked in counseling centers at several universities in Iran and currently works part-time at K.N. Toosi University of Technology and the Health & Counselling Bureau of the Ministry of Science. She has published several papers and book translations related to psychology and counseling.

Migration of College Students to Shillong, Meghalaya from the Neighbouring St...iosrjce
This study profiles the migration of college students in Shillong among the students from the states of
Nagaland, Manipur and Mizoram. Majority of the college students migrated in to Shillong because of having
better infrastructural facilities besides many of them stated it’s nearer and cheaper as compared to other cities
in mainland India. About 57 percent of the migrant college students has future intentions to migrate for higher
studies out of Shillong once they get graduated. More than half wanted to move to Delhi followed by other cities
in India such as in Hyderabd, Kolkata and Pune. It is observed that these future migrations not just confined for
educational purpose, but majority of respondents don’t want to come back to their small towns even after
completion of their studies. They rather prefer to continue studies in mainland India and also look for
prospective jobs in their relevant area of specialization.

RESEARCH ATTITUDE AMONG PH.D SCHOLARS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS OF THA...IAEME Publication
The present study was undertaken to study the attitude towards research, the objective of this work is to determine the attitude towards research of the research scholar of science steam and arts stream with special reference to gender, assessing the attitude towards research is the primary problem of this research. Students often rate courses in research methods unconstructively and observe them as difficult. The work aims to review the attitude towards research among the PhD scholars and to find the various dimensions of attitude. This work also explores the major reasons that have high level of importance in their decision to join doctoral course. In this regard, the present descriptive study aims to describe the attitude among the research scholars of Thanjavur District with proposed minimum of 306 respondents through proportionate random sampling method. The study had adopted standardized tools which are high risk for developing mental health issues among the Ph.D scholars. The study found that more than half of the respondents 48 percent had medium level of academic attitude dimension of scholar attitude. Hence the issue of mental health of research scholars need to be Self-concept, Adjustment and Mental Health of the Research scholars. The level of frustration and worry increase day by day. To obtain social support they adopt various techniques. They are engaged in various activities.
