1. UTILIZATION ANALYSIS AS A TOOL FOR TOURISM BUSINESS
IN EFFORTS TO IMPROVE PUBLIC REVENUE

Abstract
District Government and the Organization of the regional Sukabumi (OPD)
and the community has had concerns in developing regions Palabuhanratu Coast but
these programs have not been much touched on efforts to use for the development of
tourism. This study aims to determine the carrying capacity for tourism activities,
differences in household / family that does not utilize to take advantage of tourism
activities and incomes. To obtain a representative sample of the population conducted
by the method of purposive sampling. The collection of primary data obtained by
observation, question and answer with relevant agencies and filling questionnaire
conducted by the community and tourists. Secondary data obtained from the agency
related to the Tofik writing. Data were analyzed with the carrying capacity is divided
into analysis, analysis of differences in household / family that does not utilize to take
advantage of tourism activities as well as the analysis of incomes. The results showed
that the physical and ecological carrying capacity, respectively, 1,336,752 tourists /
