Job Description in 1. Manage the dept with employees of different experience level
Detail : and skills (Mechanical Designer, Electrical Designer, SW
Engineer etc).
2. Keep the local products updated.
3. Cooperate with internal dept. in projects on localization,
production optimization.
4. Coordinate for local capacity and timelines in global
engineering projects.
5. Supporting production start up for new machine types.
6. Plan, analyze, review and keep control of dept. budget.
7. Be responsible for all assigned process and KPI of the dept.
8. Be responsible for the team building, coaching and
supervising management.
9. Implement Engineering dept management procedure based
on ISO standard.
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements : 1. Rich experience in machine design, familiar with design rules,
know well of safety of machines.
2. Good command of 3D CAD, UG or Solidworks.
3. Experience in interdisciplinary projects (mechanical and
electrical design, SW).
4. Be good at spoken and written English. (additional German
knowledge would be appreciated)
5. Good communication and coordination skills and behavior.
6. Good project and work management skill.
7. Motivating management skills.
8. Strategic thinking.
9. Can work independently under high pressure.
10. Hands on mentality.
11. Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering field.
12. 8+ years experience in comparable industry (machine tool,
general machinery).
13. At least 3 years management experience for engineering or
