SOE Direct admissioncriteria ACT Math Sub-Score Math Course Placement • 28 and higher Calculus I (MATH 150) *Students with Advanced Placement credit and/or transfer credit showing successful completion of Calculus I may be placed in higher level math course. • 26-27 Pre-Calculus (MATH 125) *Students can take the Math Placement Test for possible placement in a higher level math course. **Students with Advanced Placement credit and/or transfer credit showing successful completion of Pre-Calculus may be placed in higher level math course. • 25 and below – requires testing for Pre-Calculus or higher in Placement test
