Beispiel: Brief, Briefwechsel

Digital Transformation with the Racoon Framework - Lecture at the University ...Florian Wieser
Digital Transformation is mainly getting people to highly collaborate to make the future happen.
World premiere ;) : I present my framework to make digital transformation happen with a especially developed approach.
Meet the "The Racoon Framework".
A look at digital marketing in the not-too-distant future. From shifting privacy norms, evolving SERPs, the game-ification of everything, social business, and more. Implications and business application included as well.
The digital age demands that we shift our mindset from seeing ourselves as influencers of media channels—to owners of media channels. It requires, in other words, that we become digital publishers.
The inconvenient truth: we might be great at reactively adopting these new tools and “giving them a go”—but we haven’t yet necessarily mastered the art and science of using them at their highest value.
Doing that requires change and realignment of skills and resources.
Content strategy can be used as a major driving force for that realignment (i.e. digital transformation), introducing new ways of approaching, thinking about and working with digital publishing channels so that they’re contributing the level of value that they could and should be. I call it being “content-ready”.
Becoming a content-ready organisation is all about developing:
the right internal mindset and culture
the right skills and expertise
the right tools and technologies
When these elements come together, a brand can be thought of as hitting its "content sweet spot"—the intersection between technical, editorial, and strategic mastery that differentiates brands that excel online from those that don't seem to be able to get their acts together when it comes to strategically managing their digital communications.
In these slides, I break down those three elements in more detail and provide a road map for how an organisation can approach, ignite, and implement the changes it needs to become a content-ready organisation and hit its content sweet spot.
While many publishers are trying to “pivot” towards paid models, subscriber-first has always been in the venerable brand’s DNA. SVP of Digital Media and Content Mark Beard explains how the company’s outsized social reach, its innovative mobile apps, sites and even Snapchat and audio editions – keep their eye on the long game of building a loyal, long term, paying Economist loyalist.
Scrum Day Europe 2017
Even with great development teams, we sometimes produce mediocre products. Those products might be of excellent technical quality, but do those products solve actual customers’ needs? So what’s worthwhile? Although we try to leave the views of the industrial age behind, and we embrace an Agile paradigm, Scrum is quite often simply applied to manage software development as a linear manufacturing pipeline. Request in, feature out.
Hence the question how we can augment from ‘good’ to ‘great’ products? A product or service with an impact. A product that makes a difference in people’s lives. We look at conditions necessary to be able to create products with impact. We discuss what kind of thinking is necessary. We look at some tactics, tools and techniques possible to utilize and adopt within a Scrum context. You will see examples of impact maps, roadmaps and visualizations to integrate customer discovery and learning in your product development flow.

Copy of the presentation given at XP2024 based on a research paper.
In this paper we explain wat overwork is and the physical and mental health risks associated with it.
We then explore how overwork relates to system stability and inventory.
Finally there is a call to action for Team Leads / Scrum Masters / Managers to measure and monitor excess work for individual teams.
Public Speaking Tips to Help You Be A Strong Leader.pdfPinta Partners
In the realm of effective leadership, a multitude of skills come into play, but one stands out as both crucial and challenging: public speaking.
Public speaking transcends mere eloquence; it serves as the medium through which leaders articulate their vision, inspire action, and foster engagement. For leaders, refining public speaking skills is essential, elevating their ability to influence, persuade, and lead with resolute conviction. Here are some key tips to consider: https://joellandau.com/the-public-speaking-tips-to-help-you-be-a-stronger-leader/
The case study discusses the potential of drone delivery and the challenges that need to be addressed before it becomes widespread.
Key takeaways:
Drone delivery is in its early stages: Amazon's trial in the UK demonstrates the potential for faster deliveries, but it's still limited by regulations and technology.
Regulations are a major hurdle: Safety concerns around drone collisions with airplanes and people have led to restrictions on flight height and location.
Other challenges exist: Who will use drone delivery the most? Is it cost-effective compared to traditional delivery trucks?
Discussion questions:
Managerial challenges: Integrating drones requires planning for new infrastructure, training staff, and navigating regulations. There are also marketing and recruitment considerations specific to this technology.
External forces vary by country: Regulations, consumer acceptance, and infrastructure all differ between countries.
Demographics matter: Younger generations might be more receptive to drone delivery, while older populations might have concerns.
Stakeholders for Amazon: Customers, regulators, aviation authorities, and competitors are all stakeholders. Regulators likely hold the greatest influence as they determine the feasibility of drone delivery.

KEY FINDINGS FROM GALLUP’S Q12 META-ANALYSIS OF 1.4 MILLION EMPLOYEES
Gallup research conducted in 2012 — which examined 49,928 business or work units and included about 1.4 million employees in 192 organizations, across 49 industries, and in 34 countries — makes clear that employee engagement strongly relates to key organizational outcomes in any economic climate. And even during difficult economic times, employee engagement is an important competitive differentiator for organizations.
