Spices are also sometimes used for medicine, rituals, cosmetics or perfumes. 3) Some spices like mustard seeds, oregano, dill, thyme and rosemary contain antioxidants and compounds that may inhibit cancer growth or prevent normal cell transformation. Turmeric, sage, clove, ginger and chili pepper may also help fight cancer.
