The EMPT Limited managing director has provided
independent social work, traditional training/teaching and
management consultancy for various organisations since
1998. The director of the service is a qualified and
registered social worker, qualified manager and trainer.
Working to achieve standards
As the government continues to conduct the process of change –
health and social care workers’ continuously need to understand the
nature of policy changes.
Given the implementation of National Standards and the present
education, social care and health reforms even experienced
practitioners must continuously revisit their knowledge of the work
they perform. Health and social care workers must also stay
abreast of any recent developments in the work they do.
We offer training and management consultancy/solutions services.
We specialise in social care. EMPT provides a service that tailors
for corporate and individual needs. We have a wealth of experience

and are imaginative and resourceful in our training course provision.
EMPT provides high quality services. This is reflective in our
training and management resources that presently meet EMPT
customer’s needs. We endeavour to ensure that those who do our
work are representative, of the community we serve.

Health and social care courses which covers issues about
issues related to practice. This includes a variety of
traditionally delivered training courses around the National
Occupational Standards and qualifications for health and
social functions as well as the Training Support and
Development Standards. The services are as follows:
