Editor's Notes
The PLC has been created in response to the Vibrant Libraries, Thriving Schools strategy.
It has been designed to provide a user friendly, helpful site on GLOW for use by school librarians and staff involved in library development.
The hub will be managed by the ES Literacy and English team.
A suite of Professional Learning communities is currently being established on Glow. They have been designed to support collaborative learning, enabling practitioners to share and discuss their practice. Learning opportunities and resources are signposted.
The National Professional Learning Communities home page contains a range of different areas which could be helpful to your role, including Early learning and Childcare, Developing the young Workforce and STEM.
There are also a range of Curriculum communities available, including, Literacy and English, Numeracy and Mathematics, Health and Wellbeing and Technologies.
