3. A New Era of Employment Fairs
What are the drawbacks of current employment fairs?
•Too many unqualified candidates
•Very little chance to create a short list on the spot
•Long hiring process involved
The Benefits of participating in THE EMPLOYER’S FRESH
GRADUATES EMPLOYMENT FAIR:
•You get a chance to set the requirements you need before
the fair
•You get a short and long list of attendees before the fair
•Candidates are assessed before attending the fair
•You get to schedule interviews during the fair in a private
room to meet your selected candidates
•You get representatives to facilitate any of your needs
during the fair
•You make the best of every minute you spend in the fair
3
4. Pre-Registration Process
•Candidates have to register on The Employment fair’s
website
•Take an Assessment test that assesses their linguistic and
logical thinking skills
•They have to post their CVs online for companies to view
and evaluate along with their assessment results
•Each pre-registered candidate will be given a code upon
registration online
•CVs of pre-registered candidates (according to companies
requirements) will be accessible to employers to screen
•Employers screen the CVs before the Employment Fair and
set an interview schedule for preferred candidates during
the fair
•Requests of interviews will be emailed to candidates
•Meetings take place in the private meeting rooms reserved
by companies that will be setting interviews
4
5. Assessment Procedure
•In order to assist companies in assessing the qualified
candidates, we have decided to grant pin codes to only
qualified candidates.
•Assessment tests have to be completed by registered
candidates to be able to get a pin code
•This Assessment tests are tailored to test the linguistic skills
and logical thinking
•Results of the assessment will show whether the candidate
is below average, average or above average. Candidates
below average will not be given pin codes to attend the fair.
•The results of the assessment tests will be shown to
companies along with the CV of the registered candidates.

6. NEW: Career Advising Section
• After starting our career advising section in The Employer
Magazine, we touched base with the number of candidates
who are seeking professional advise and evaluation. To build
up on this important need, we decided to start this career
advising section in our Upcoming Employment fair.
• Candidates will have to pay a fee of 50LE to reserve a 20
minutes career advising slot with one of our HR professionals
who would assist them in evaluating their CV and giving them
advice with regards to how to proceed in their career track
• Companies interested in becoming part of the career
advising section kindly inform us.
6
7. NEW: Getting Ready Sessions
• To assist candidates in getting ready to meet their future
employers for the first time, we are planning for sessions prior
to the fair that will help them in getting ready with their CVs,
meeting with employers & handling interviews
• Sessions will be given by professional training centers and
recruitment agencies
• Candidates who are interested in attending those sessions
have to register online for the sessions and pay a fee for
attendance
7
