This document outlines the objectives and progress of a student project to develop an employee leave management system for Songea Teachers College. The main objective is to create an online system that allows employees to apply for different types of leaves 24/7. Specific objectives are to design a user-friendly interface, create a database to store leave information, and integrate the interface with the database. The student conducted interviews and observations at the college to understand their current manual process. Data was analyzed using Google Forms and Excel. Achievements include progress on finishing the password reset form and leaves module. The system will help automate and improve the college's leave management process.
