OVERVIEW OF PRESENT
EMPLOYABILITY
• First thing which made me to talk about employability is “47% OF
GRADUATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ANY TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT” , by
seeing this so many questions aroused in my mind “where does these
people go? , what they will do ?”.
• India is a country which has more population of young people than other
countries.
• Our country’s people are in top positions of well renowned companies like
GOOGLE,MICROSOFT etc.
• Startup companies are growing day-by-day in our country.
• Report says that starting salaries may increase 2lakh per annum to 2.5 to
3lakh per annum for fresher's.
• lets see what are the reasons for unemployment.
UNEMPLOYMENT IS REALLY SERIOUS PROBLEM FOR
GRADUATES

• NO EXPOSURE TO REAL WORLD

• “Is there any problem with our education system?” If we rise this question
to graduates obviously they say “yes” now a days its not such a shocking
answer as all know it.
• Only some premier institutions which are giving quality education.
• In thousands of education institutions
we just have less number of institutions
which provide quality education
• So many institutions are just to make
not to impart education.
NO EXPOSURE TO REAL WORLD
• As said before students are just
concern about their exams and marks
not about the subject they are studying
some lecturers are making students
like that.
• And this causes students to struggle at
time of search of their jobs they really
don’t know which path to choose and
get a job to explore it.
NOT MEETING REQUIREMENTS OF COMPANIES
• Graduates who are unemployed are
most probably comes under this genre.
• Some people are not able to explain
which stream they are really good at.
• Student doesn’t create their professional
platform which can showcase their
abilities.
• This is one of the reason that companies
not willing to take most of the graduates.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• This is one of primary quality that all
private and government companies are
required.
• now-a-days we are hearing every
interview is having a question “TELL ME
ABOUT YOURSELF? “
• This is question which define your
communication skills the way you are
can convince them.
SOLUTION TO REDUCE UNEMPLOYMENT
• SUBJECT ORIENTED TEACHING
• INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE IS NEEDED
• CREATING A PROFESSIONAL PLATFORM
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
SUBJECT ORIENTED TEACHING
• students should not run behind marks
they should run behind excellence.
• Lecturers should find which is interest-
-ing subject in a student and make them
to explore more in that subject.
• This makes student to excel in any one
direction that can fetch him a good job
of his desire.
INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE IS MUST
• For a graduate industrial exposure is
must so that it can help him in finding
his path so that a industrial knowledge
can give a view how to survive in real
world.
• Internships and industrial visits can
fetch him good exposure to real world.
• This can even help him in resume to
keep him separate from other
contenders.
CREATING A PROFESSIONAL PLATFORM
• Engineering and other graduate
degrees are professional courses
• To make others know about you
in a professional platform will make
you a real professional graduate
• For this linkedin is a very good
platform to all graduates and job
seekers.
• This can even make companies HR’s
may also notice you.
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Communication skills can be developed
by personal interest and experience.
• Reading news papers and even talking
with other peoples.
• Lets make debate with friends on any
technical topics that which can
improve technical and communication
skills also.
• You can even make a group
conversations in watsapp , hike etc.
UNEMPLOYMENT IS NOT A PERMANENT PROBLEM
IT CAN BE OVERCOME WITH MEASURES THAT MENTION ABOVE WITH ALL
THESE LETS LOOK FOR EMPLOYABLE NATION WITHOUT ANY UNEMPLOYMENT

NOT MEETING REQUIREMENTS OF COMPANIES • Graduates who are unemployed are most probably comes under this genre. • Some people are not able to explain which stream they are really good at. • Student doesn’t create their professional platform which can showcase their abilities. • This is one of the reason that companies not willing to take most of the graduates.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS • This is one of primary quality that all private and government companies are required. • now-a-days we are hearing every interview is having a question “TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF? “ • This is question which define your communication skills the way you are can convince them.
